Insomnia


I have had trouble sleeping for the past couple weeks. I am drained during the day and wide awake at night. Not sure why? I don't drink caffeine before I go to bed, and I relax before laying down. This is aggravating! I'm guessing it's because we have a ton going on right now. Regardless, this has to change! I need my sleep.

  1. This happens to me too. A good workout always helps. Go for a jog or even a long walk. I never sleep better then when I've worked my ass off (literally) in an aerobics class :)
